Florios Vallarta

Florios nace en Puerto Vallarta en Marzo del 2012 como una fusión gastronómica Ítalo-Argentina creada por Filippo Bonini y Miguel Valenzuela. Ya que Filippo es originario de FLORENCIA (Italia) y Miguel de ENTRE RIOS (Argentina), es así como crean el nombre de “FLO-RIOS”.

Al poco tiempo Filippo decide emprender una nueva aventura fuera de Puerto Vallarta, por lo que Miguel y la gran familia Florios continúan el sueño hasta la fecha, vibrando con mucho amor, paz y armonía.

Ubicado en una casona llena de historia en el Centro y corazón de la ciudad, el primer Presidente Municipal de Puerto Vallarta, José de Jesús Langarica Salcedo, habitó esta casa en el lapso de 1921-1922. Aún se puede apreciar la arquitectura que poseía esta casona al observar a los alrededores.

Lo mas importante para nosotros es hacerlos sentir como en casa y con la intención de satisfacer todos sus sentidos con cada uno de nuestros platillos, cuales preservan su toque casero y artesanal basados en productos e ingredientes naturales. La ambientación, la música y la decoración, son punto clave para darles la mejor bienvenida y regalarles momentos inolvidables. Esto es Florios, un lugar que querrán visitar con frecuencia. Florios was born in Puerto Vallarta in March 2012 as an Italian-Argentine gastronomic fusion created by Filippo Bonini and Miguel Valenzuela. Since Filippo is originally from FLORENCIA (Italy) and Miguel from ENTRE RIOS (Argentina), this is how they create the name "FLO-RIOS".

As Filippo decided to start a new adventure outside Puerto Vallarta, Miguel and the great Florios family continued the dream to date, vibrating with much love, peace and harmony.

Located in a house full of history, in the Center and heart of the city, where the first Municipal President of Puerto Vallarta, Jose de Jesus Langarica Salcedo, lived in this place in the span of 1921-1922. You can still appreciate the old architecture of this building just looking at the surroundings.

The most important thing for us is to make you feel at home with the intention of satisfying all your senses with each of our dishes, which preserve their homemade and artisanal touch based on natural products and ingredients.
